Together with Clover Fruits of the Forest, we’ve turned real fruit, real dairy and sunny spring flavours into a five flavour harvest spread.
Inspired by Fruits of the Forest, we’ve Paul’s-ed our way through berry patches, fruit fields, blossoming orchards and farmhouses, gathering a little of the best of spring along the way.

🍫 THE HARVEST BAR
The creamy goodness of Clover Fruits of the Forest meets a very Paul’s kind of crunch.
Creamy milk chocolate ice cream packed with crunchy chocolate chip granola.
🍓 STRAWBERRY FIELDS
Fresh fruit on one side. Cheesecake on the other. The best of both worlds landed somewhere delicious in between.
Fresh and fruity strawberry cheesecake ice cream with buttery shortbread crumb and a strawberry swirl.
🥭 PAVLOVA IN BLOOM
Inspired by the fresh, fruity side of Fruits of the Forest, with a soft, sweet Paul’s twist.
Bright mango passion fruit ice cream with a soft, fluffy marshmallow swirl.
🍑 ORCHARD CAKE & FRUIT COMPOTE
Clover’s orchard brought the fruit. Paul’s brought the cake. We think that’s a pretty good partnership.
Creamy vanilla ice cream with pear, peach, apricot and guava compote and pieces of homemade buttercake.
🫐 FOREST BERRY CRUMBLE
We took Fruits of the Forest rather literally. Then we added crumble.
