I occasionally tell people that the snails we serve are from our farm... and that I named the first two snails we bottled Frikkie and Marilize! So after years, you eat their great great great great etc. grandchildren.*
They are panfried in garlic smothered in creamy sauce, topped with cheese and baked in our woodfired pizza oven. Served with hand rolled and oven baked pita bread. Only R85. Booking 041-3793786

Have you been to Guidos Kraggakamma Family Restaurant lately? No store bought patties. We make them by hand with real mince. No preservatives. Our buns are toasted in our woodfired pizza oven. Served with handcut potato chips and onionrings. Open 2pm till 10pm. Book 041-3793786
