Are you a creative marketer with a passion for branding, design, and storytelling? Mastertons Coffee & Tea Specialists is looking for a talented Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth).
This is a hands-on role where you'll be involved in everything from marketing strategy and campaign ex*****on to branding, graphic design, content creation, digital marketing, and retail branding. A graphic design background will be a strong advantage, as you'll be creating a wide range of marketing material using the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
We're looking for someone with:
✔ Experience in marketing, branding and campaign ex*****on
✔ Strong digital marketing and social media knowledge
✔ Graphic design experience (highly advantageous)
✔ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
✔ Excellent communication and organisational skills
✔ A creative eye for branding and attention to detail
What You’ll Do:
✔ Strategize & Execute: Develop and manage marketing campaigns aligned with our sales goals and brand standards.
✔ Go Digital: Oversee our website, SEO, and social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), finding innovative ways to grow our online community.
✔ Build Relationships: Collaborate with design agencies, suppliers, influencers, and strategic partners.
✔ Retail & Client Branding: Identify and evaluate physical branding opportunities in client stores (HORECA & Retail), ensuring a great return on investment.
✔ Community & Culture: Manage our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs, sponsorships, and donation requests to keep making a positive local impact.
✔ Manage the Details: Oversee marketing budgets, track campaign performance, and manage inventory for branded items.
