It’s taken 10 years of grafting to get to a point where I can stand around like fancy pants drinking coffee and chatting away, while a team of illustrious individuals around me carry pressure, solve problems, work ridiculous hours and laughs through the chaos, all while serving beautiful speciality coffee.
