Chicken fillets are marinated in a fragrant yoghurt sauce then cooked in a mildly spiced rich, buttery creamy tomato gravy, and seasoned with a variety of spices. We use coconut milk in this one. We serve this awesome curry with steamed basmati rice, your favourite paratha and a cooling raita to seal the deal

This dish is inspired from the Italian dish osso buco (meaning bone with a hole in) which originally uses veal but we are using free range chicken fillets in this one. The seasoned chicken fillets are browned first and then simmered in a flavourful white wine, in-house chicken stock, fresh herb and vegetable sauce. Tenderness guaranteed.
We serve this with your choice of starch (rice, mash or noodles)and steamed seasonal vegetables

We serve this with spaghetti then finish it off with fresh flat leaf parsley and Parmesan shavings YUM!
