Attention to our customers

The RJ’S PMB team would like our customers to be aware of the following in respect of the present situation of the only HALAAL RJ’S in PMB.

Most importantly there is a dispute as to who owns the RJ'S brand which has created friction between the brand and the franchisees.

No support has been recieved from the inception of RJ’S PMB under the current ownership which has resulted in litigation which is pending.

Never at Rjs PMB have we ever encountered such a customer. A man and 2 ladies along with kids who complained rather loudly about a lamb bunny not having round bread as there is no SANHA approved bakery in PMB that does the round bunny bread. They followed that complaint by saying our milkshake syrups were expired and insisted we change there banana milkshake for a chocolate, the milkshakes had now been taken up to the owner who had tasted it with a new teaspoon and concludes it to be right as well as it is far behind the expiry date.

They continued to talk in a very harsh many to our manageress, Queenie (61) and went on to say about how they are the customer and how the customer is always right. Furthermore after a few incidents and apologizing to other customers in the store who could see and hear the rather loud lady they had sent a message to the owner via the waiter calling the owner an @$$hole. To which the owner brushed it off as it was not the time and place to react. The man got very aggressive and him along with the 2 ladies started verbally abusing the owner, managers and other staff outside the store in front of their kids laying false accusations as to who owns the place and swearing all our staff members as well as their mothers who have been nothing but obliging to them. I as a Muslim am truly embarrassed to witness ladies and another Muslim conduct himself in this manner over round bread and is not wanting to change their milkshakes for free.

This is not how our beloved prophet (saw) had taught us to be behave especially to swear people's mothers of which I might add 3 of our staff members outside who's mothers had passed away with deep hurt and tears in their eyes simply walked away. The man and his wife had then went on stating that we will close down and this is the reason why our store is so quiet. I for one know Rjs Pmb and I know we have our faults. We may be out of stock at times. Our food may take long. But where a customers goes to hit the owner, managers and waiters, swears them, swears their mothers and lays false accusations. That was completely uncalled for. The man then added he would be back to assault the owner. CCTV footage available to anyone who are interested
