🌻 Wellness in the Community - Lefaragatlhe Service Group 🌻

Yesterday was special.

We spent the morning with the wonderful elders of Lefaragatlhe Service Group - a community of women who came together to form their own circle of support, sisterhood, and service.

Mesora Experiences took Wellness to the Community to them.

Here's what their day looked like:

🩺 Dr. Koketso Ramoupi Homoeopath checked vitals and shared her famous wellness talk -: practical, warm, and full of wisdom.

💆‍♀️ Our massage therapists offered neck and shoulder massages -: because elders carry more than just years. They carry stories, stress, and silent strength.

🧘 Our MD Oratilwe Nameng led a mindfulness talk -: reminding them that rest is not a luxury. It's a right. At any age.

The laughter. The silence. The fun. All of it mattered.
