🌿 What a Beautiful Morning of Wellness! 🌿

Today, our Wellness Journey community came together for another inspiring Wellness Morning, and what a memorable experience it was!

We started the day with a refreshing community walk, followed by an energising aerobics session led by our Aerobics Instructor, Olebogeng Ricknotten O Morwalela . It was a wonderful reminder that movement is one of the simplest ways to care for our wellbeing.

A heartfelt thank you to our special guests:

💚 Ampath, for offering cholesterol and blood sugar screenings, helping our community take an important step towards better health.

💙 Old Mutual, for providing financial wellbeing consultations and reminding us that wellness also includes financial peace of mind.

Our Wellness Strategist, Oratilwe Nameng , shared an important message: wellness is more than physical health. It is a journey of caring for all eight dimensions of wellness, because a healthy life is built through balance.

Dr K Koketso Ramoupi , our Homeopath, also encouraged us to understand our cholesterol and blood sugar levels and to make small, consistent choices that support lifelong health.

We also enjoyed delicious breakfast prepared by ChefOna @ tatso, our onsite restaurant.

To everyone who joined us, thank you for choosing your wellbeing and for making this community so special.
