31 years ago, it started
with my mom’s hands guiding mine as we folded our first samoosas. Today, 31 years later, I’m still in this kitchen — now with my husband by my side, lifting me up on the hard days and celebrating every small win.
Samoosas, springrolls, sev, nuts, chevda… each one carries their love, their sacrifice, and their belief in me. To my mom, thank you for giving me this gift. I know you're smiling in heaven.
To my husband, Praavindh S Sewbalak thank you for being my pillar when I wanted to give up. And to you — our JMS family — thank you for walking this 31-year journey with us. You’re the reason we keep going
