Laundry tips:
Washing bedding and towels in hot water (at least 60°C or 140°F) with a quality detergent effectively kills bacteria, viruses, and dust mites.
Separate heavily soiled items, avoid overloading the machine, and dry everything completely to prevent germ growth and stop disease from spreading through your laundry.
Best Practices for Hygienic LaundryWash temperature:
1. Use 60°C or higher for towels and bedding used by sick individuals to kill germs.
2. Sorting loads: Keep kitchen towels, bathroom towels, and regular clothes separate to prevent cross-contamination.
3. Drying thoroughly: Use a high-heat dryer cycle or direct sunlight, as damp fabrics trap bacteria.
This is only for linen and towels. Please read directions on other garments and textiles.
