Almal se pad is anders uigelê voor hulle.. maar dis wat dit so spesiaal maak. Late nights, early mornings, stress, payroll, HR, product, all part of our story, but we would not have it any other way.

I see so many businesses with a high turnover of staff, and I’ve always believed it’s a good gauge of what’s really going on within a business.

We are building a company that looks after our people, but also one that creates opportunities for them to grow and upskill as we grow.

We want to see a waiter become a manager at a new location. A barista take the next step in their career. Someone who started with us grow into a leader within the company.

Invest in your people. The rest will look after itself.

This is a big part of our mission and something that is really driving us forward as a company.

The idea behind the bakery/ production site!👇🥐🍞

Bakery Shift 1: 04:00 - 13:00
Bakery Shift 2: 06:00 - 15:00
Bakery shift 3: 12:00 - 21:00 (Not in action yet, but as we scale, this could be the needed lever)

This is our plan going fwd, fresh is always best! It is always a challenge in our industry as wastage is a big part of that. The bakery allows us to pick up a certain par level for each location in the mornings between 06:00 - 07:00.

Also some of the reason we sometimes sell out at our locations, but rather that than sitting with left over foods.

Our first full month in Worcester!☕️

We’ve been absolutely blown away by the incredible support we’ve received over the past month.

Quick 5 take aways:🔑

1. We did a full two weeks training with the owner and operator Rae and her two baristas. This was crucial and a must going fwd. 2 days in depth theory training and 8 days of practical training in the café. Delicious coffee always FIRST☕️

2. We are only as good as our systems, we are improving on this everyday.

3. Choose our franchise partners well, Rae and her team is contributing to the group. PEOPLE👏

4. Build a brand that can perform in greenfields areas!

5. We now have a clear vision for Sadiecoffee, more on this shortly.
