BY HAND SERIES ☕️

Behind every great thing, there’s usually someone who cared enough to make it by hand. This one starts with coffee.

Every roast is shaped by experience, instinct and an obsession with getting the best out of every bean.

Our roaster doesn’t just press a button and wait for a batch to finish. He watches, listens, smells, adjusts and reacts. From the first crack to the final drop, every small decision matters. Temperature. Timing. Air Flow. Development. Colour. Aroma. And you can taste the difference.

Some things are just better when they’re made by hand.
Not because it’s the easiest way.
Not because it’s the fastest way.
It’s because there’s something about putting your hands on the work that machines simply can’t replicate.

MEET THE TEAM | A New Addition 🤭☕️

Brandon recently joined our team as a roaster and has been a perfect fit from day one.

With years of experience and a genuine passion for coffee, he brings precision, consistency and care to every roast. His appreciation for the flavours and nuances in coffee is something we admire, and it’s reflected in his work.

When he’s not next to the roaster, you’ll probably find him at the coffee machine making himself a flat white. We’ve lost count of how many coffees he drinks in a day, but who’s counting — it’s for quality control, right? 🤫

Taste This Honey Process Tanzania Utengule 🍯 ☕

If you love discovering new origins and experiencing coffee at its most expressive, this is one to add to your daily ritual.

THE HONEY PROCESS | After harvesting, the outer skin of the coffee cherry is removed, but the sticky fruit layer (known as the mucilage) is left on the bean as it slowly dries under the African sun. During this time, the natural sugars from the fruit are absorbed into the bean, enhancing sweetness while preserving the coffee’s vibrant acidity and clarity.

The result is a beautifully expressive cup that bridges the gap between washed and natural coffees, offering a silky body, layered fruit notes and a lingering caramel sweetness that makes every brew memorable.
