This Women’s Day, I’d love to welcome you to Lounah Café in Paarl, for a morning where flowers, creativity and meaningful conversation come together around one table.

In collaboration with the incredible Kadou Floral Design, we’ve created an experience that invites you to slow down, learn something new and leave with hands full of beautiful blooms and a heart just a little fuller.

Whether you join your mom, your sister, your closest friend or simply choose to spend the morning celebrating yourself, I hope you’ll feel right at home in our space.

Something new is coming to Franschhoek!

Lounah Café is expanding, with a brand-new space opening at Allée Bleue on 2 September. You’ll still find us in Paarl, but now there’ll be another place to enjoy our food, coffee and wine in the Franschhoek valley.

The new space is easy to spot from the road, has plenty of parking and is made for the whole family - dogs included.

Expect new dishes, the same delicious Lounah flavours, great coffee and wine, open Monday to Saturday.

Paarl has no shortage of beautiful places to dine, but have you experienced one of our pop-up dinner evenings yet?

For The Last Harvest Dinner, we’re bringing the season indoors with warm fireplaces, generous shared plates and a menu designed to be enjoyed slowly.

Expect a Mulled Apple & Pear Fizz on arrival, harvest bowls to share, a comforting springbok pot pie and warm citrus pudding to finish.

Can’t stay? We’ve also created a takeaway option featuring the main course and dessert, ready for collection between 16:00 and 18:00.

“I’m vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free... what can I eat?”
It’s one of the questions we get asked most often, and the answer is: plenty! 🌿

Our menu is designed to cater for a variety of dietary preferences. Many of our dishes are already vegan, vegetarian, or gluten-free, while others can be easily adapted with a few simple swaps.

And yes, Benedict lovers — we have gluten-free English muffins! 🙌 We also offer seeded gluten-free bread.
