Hand Mixed Ice Cream made with real Jersey Milk! Our ice cream contains some of the finest ingredients.

We start with lots of fresh Jersey milk straight from the farm, cream, sugar and the best ingredients available. We DO NOT use vegetable fats and oils found in most other ice creams. With our speciallly modified equipment, we stir less air in to the ice cream, creating a denser, richer and creamier product of uncompromising high quality.

Made to order using quality ingredients, our soft serve mix is available in Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry and Caramel, perfect for restaurants, hotels and other hospitality businesses looking to serve something their customers will love.

We offer wholesale supply, delivered directly to you in our refrigerated vans, as well as made-to-order purchases from our factory shop.
