Working in the food industry is not easy, on the contrary it's pretty tough! Very, very long hours, little or no social life. Constant cost fluctuations, rising prices and hours spent trying to source goods. And I can promise you, when all the bills are paid, the salaries are done and the monthly electricity is sirted, there is very little left at the end of the month for most of the year. But we do it because we love it - and every now and then someone comes along and sends us a review like the one below - and we we smile, make our way to the kitchen - and start another day.
