Pizza Cone Preservation Process
To protect our Pizza Cones and Mini Cones for up to 7 days in transport, we use a unique preservation process. We remove dirty atmospheric air, add desiccant to absorb moisture, and insert a shape support cup into the cone entrance to preserve the cone shape during vacuuming. The cones are then sealed in a strong 70-micron vacuum bag which provides a strong outer exo-skeleton, and finally bubble-wrap is added during packaging to reduce direct impacts during transport.
