The brainchild of award-winning Chef Michelle de Jager, The Succulent is a living restaurant. Her food philosophy is simple: keep it fresh and local โ€“ think free-range chickens and freshly caught fish from Mosselbay. A lot of the ingredients used are also grown on the farm and in our very own hydroponics system. The Succulent has a capacity of 70 patrons in an appealing, rustic, country setting. F
