This independent living environment is rented on a month to month basis. It has everything you need in order to ensure your Golden Years are spent in enjoyment and peace of mind.

We have as weekly on-site clinic, emergency medical panic button and 24-hour carer to ensure our residents’ safety and well-being.
Local doctors are available to do house calls. More extensive care can be arranged with a local private nursing service if needed.

All our units feature bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.
Occupation is immediate – there is currently no waiting list. We have a variety of units available to meet a wide range of needs.
All units are tastefully furnished and serviced daily basis. You can bring your own furniture if wish to. Villa Bu Dou Retirement Guest House is walker and wheelchair friendly.
Our reasonable levies include three meals per day, morning and afternoon tea, as well as laundering of clothing and bedding weekly. We have on-site parking.
The Guest House’s dining room, lounge and bar have been comfortably and beautifully decorated. We also have a secure landscaped courtyard that creates a unique ambiance.
Free Wi-Fi and DSTV are available in the lounge and bar for resident enjoyment.
Our residents enjoy a variety of clubs, including: Sewing, knitting, bingo, walking, gardening, passive exercise, movies and music. Shopping trips are available at a nominal fee.
