To all my Chicken Roll lovers 🐔❤️

You are the reason this page still exists.
Back then, you bought the chicken rolls already deboned.
Easy. Simple. Take home. Cook. Enjoy.

When Charlie’s Chicken Roll Factory closed in 2023 after the Chicken Influenza, I honestly thought that chapter was done.

But the phone never stopped ringing.

Over Christmas and New Year, I deboned again. Just for friends. And something clicked.
This was never only about selling a chicken roll.

It was about a skill.
A craft.
A moment shared in the kitchen.

So the next chapter will look different.

I am currently completing my BCom in Hospitality Management at Stenden South Africa.
Once that is done, I want to do something new.

I want to teach you the skill.
Hands-on. Step by step.
From whole chicken to table.
Not takeaway.
Not pre-packed.

Think workshops.
Think learning.
Think dinner… and a show.

It is with a heavy heart posting this. But we would like to inform our customers that have been supporting us since we opened during Covid in 2020 that we will be closing at the end of this year. Please come and visit us at Prison Break Market and Busstop7 Open air market and stock up your fridge for your Christmas dinner. You can freeze your chicken rolls until you want to impress your guests for Christmas lunch & dinner. Due to the Poultry shortage we are unable to take online orders.
