Every community has its morning meeting place. At Atlantic Beach, ours comes with fresh croissants and a team who already knows your order.

Milkwood Deli is where the day gets going, where plans get made, and where "just a quick coffee" rarely is.

Midweek deserves a pit stop too.

A bucket of balls at the driving range, a slow ride home along the estate pathways, and a frappe waiting at Milkwood Deli to round it all off.

This is what living at Atlantic Beach is really about: small moments, good company, and always somewhere close by to stop and catch your breath. 🚲⛳🥤

Some views take a flight to reach. This one just takes a seat on the Milkwood Deli deck.
Most mornings go: coffee, pastry, quiet chat on the deck. Today it went slightly off-script, with a tortoise who clearly agrees the season has turned.

Some days, the best plan is no plan at all, just a wrap, a bit of sunshine, and good company.

Our Chicken Tortilla Wrap, a new feature on the Daily Yum Board, brings together tender chicken breast, fresh veg, avocado and feta, wrapped up and served with our twice-fried homemade chips.

Milkwood Deli, part of what makes home feel like home.

Bowled over yet? 🥢

Our Teriyaki Chicken Poke Bowl is a riot of colour and flavour: teriyaki-glazed chicken, silky avocado, cherry tomatoes, crisp cucumber and carrot ribbons, edamame beans, red onion, pickled ginger, a dash of sesame seeds and a drizzle of Kewpie mayo, with sushi rice to round it all off.

Chopsticks or a fork?

Grab a seat, catch up with a neighbour, and let this be the easiest decision of your day, Milkwood Deli style.

Chippies, ketchup, and fingers instead of forks. Sharing is caring. 🍟💛

No menus needed, no words required, just two little friends and a plate of chips.
Fully focused, in the moment, and completely unbothered by anything else going on around them.

That's the Milkwood Deli way.

Fresh out of the oven and straight into your hands.

Flaky. Buttery. Still warm. This is what mornings are made for. Milkwood Deli at its absolute best.

Cinnamon swirl that spirals for days. Pain au chocolat with that molten centre. A cappuccino poured with love. Some mornings just hit different.

Come and get it while it's hot. 🔥🥐☕

Alongside the chocolate brownie cheesecake, Milkwood Deli's next showstopper has arrived, and it does not show up every day.

This one is pure indulgence. A special occasion bake, the kind that earns a slow bite and a moment of silence before anyone says a word.

Keep an eye on Milkwood Deli. When this carrot cake makes its appearance, you will want to be one of the first through the door.
