Apparently there are customers not happy with the food they received from us. Unfortunately I have to leave the restaurant at times when I need to go buy stock, in that time the restaurant is in the hands of my kitchen staff. Should you have a problem in future, please let me know, I would gladly refund you or replace your order. I wouldn't know of these problems when I'm out if I don't get told about it. I have now employed someone who is truly capable, and we can serve our food with pride. We don't have low prices because of the saying "you get what you pay for", and we are very generous with our portions, so you actually get more than what you pay for. I would never expect anything less than the best quality or standard. I apologise once again and hope to see you soon so we can prove that we do make good food at good prices.
