Dear Customers
We have had an unfortunate incidence on site which has brought a negative outlook and perception on our brand and our shop. We are in the food industry and this is a risk attached with running such businesses, but that cannot be used as a scapegoat when we fail to quality check our products.
The incidence which is now on social media is being handled with support from the franchisor to ensure the affected party is in good health and spirit, while at the same we are investigating the cause and putting additional measures in place to ensure our customers never experience such.
We want to assure everyone that we do not sell expired food. This a national brands with standards. We also have ongoing audits from the national franchisor and local municipality and our internal staff to ensure that the food quality and the handling of food is hygienic and does not cause harm to our customers.
We humbly apologize for such an experience and this should not happen and should have never happened, and we will make sure it never happens again.
