Frying and Salad Section Line Cook – Queen’s Cottage Wood-Fired Kitchen (Langebaan)
We’re looking for a hands-on Line Cook to work directly under our Head Chef.
This is a senior cook role. In line for a sous chef position.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead sections during prep and service
• Support the Head Chef directly
• Maintain discipline and structure in the kitchen
• Drive consistency in lunch and dinner service
• Help mentor junior team members
You:
• Minimum 1 years solid kitchen experience
• Calm under pressure
• Strong on mise en place and service flow
• Available weekends & public holidays
• Own transport essential
📍 Based in Langebaan (West Coast)
