🐾 THE MUNDELL CLAN HAS SPOKEN… gg’s IS HOME ☕️
Rain or shine, breakfast or brunch, the Mundell clan are true gg’s stalwarts.
CHOOKY the princess arrives with very clear expectations: burger and bacon, please. 🌭
TEDDY, meanwhile, has perfected the art of looking tragically underfed, making a point of studying the menu. Oscar-worthy performances. Every time. 🥺
TIFFANY, FRANCO and WOODY make the occasional appearance, hence AXEL keeps a close eye on proceedings, ensuring all biscuit negotiations are conducted fairly, transparently and above board.
And then there are DAVE and FIRE, the miniature horses, who pop in from time to time for a very specific treat: carrot waffles. Naturally. 🐴🧇
Thank you, Mundell clan, for making gg’s your place for breakfast, brunch, lunch, birthday parties and all the important business in between.

Some people celebrate with flowers.Some with ch*****ne.
At gg’s, we believe coffee is perfectly acceptable before both. 😏

Today we salute the little brown bean that gets us through early mornings, long conversations, school runs, deadlines, dog walks… and those moments when you’ve completely forgotten why you walked into the kitchen.

A big gg’s THANK YOU to all the riders, parents and horsey people who popped in today as part of the official recovery plan. 😉
Waffles were consumed. Milkshakes disappeared. Coffee did its job. ...and hopefully a few nerves were left behind in the garden.
As the sun sets over the arena, it’s time to park the helmets, give the horses a well-earned fuss and get ready for tomorrow.
Make tomorrow count. 🐴
Ride your best, enjoy the moment and remember… treat your horses like royalty. 👑

🐾 A SHOUT-OUT TO SCORCHA & CHARLOTTE!

Heritage Day brought these two fine characters to gg’s — and they clearly arrived with different jobs to do.

Scorcha, our Border Collie rescue, immediately appointed himself Head of gg’s Security.

His first instruction to everyone?

NO LOITERING IN THE BUSHES. 🌿

He took his duties very seriously. We suspect there may have been a few written warnings issued.

Meanwhile, Charlotte was handling the really important business…

The biscuit negotiations. 🦴

She’s clearly teaching little Tott how it’s done. Watch, learn, negotiate, repeat. A very promising apprentice.

One quick visit.
Plenty of fluffy supervision. 😎

Because let’s be honest, gg’s is the perfect stop-over for walkies, before, during or after.

☕ Coffee and waffles or something slightly stronger, craft b**r, mimosa or Craft Gin for the humans
🐾 Water, biscuits a cuddle and a little people-watching for the important guests

Then back to the serious business of the afternoon walk.

🐾 SI-SI HAS HER PRIORITIES SORTED
First visit to gg’s today and Sisi (pronounced Seye seye) has already found her favourite spot — the chair. 🪑
Cool, calm and completely content, she’s sitting quietly while the humans carry on with their adult conversation.
She’s listening, of course…Well, not really.
Sisi has more important things on her mind — that bacon treat from earlier and the possibility of exploring a little further into the doggie menu on her next visit. 🥓🐾
We think she’s loving gg’s.
And judging by that relaxed look, she may already be planning her return.
