What a weekend. 4 locations and 1 day isnt a joke. Lots of hard work and hours goes into it. My body is currently in shut down mode.

We will be closed in Belhar today Monday 27 July. I do have some exciting news for Belhar. Uber eats will be available soon.

On the topic of Belhar. Please I am asking that if you have a issue with quality then please message me directly on 0832556545. Please dont place orders on this number. I train my staff how to make food and how to prep and it has come to my attention that my staff are taking short cuts. For eg my burgers MUST have braised onion on it yet my staff just dont add it. Same with boeries. Its just pure laziness and I am putting processes in place where it dont happen.

My staff is amazing but when they get comfortable then poor quality is sent out. I am not throwing my staff under the bus also. They kno how passionate I am about my business and I only want it to grow.

And thats a wrap.

Alhumdulillah.

What a crazy few days. This week really pushed my limits. I am so greatful that I can give corporate companies amazing food and service. I definitely cant do it without my amazing ( stress me out sometimes ) staff.

Today was 4 locations in 1 day and all I can say it wow. It was crazy busy all over and we managed it well. A few hiccups with Uber deliveries but nothing we cant fix.

Shukran to my family for supporting me and having my back. My mom Shahieda for always showing up and helping me when needed. Riedaa for taking time away from his family to help me out. I am blessed and forever greatful.

Now for some rest and we back in action next week.
