Bru Coffee Co Our permanent spot is at "The Farm"" and we also do markets and events. The Farm Playground and Cycle Track - Lower Simola Hill.

We are passionate about providing quality beverages for our clients, whether that be at a market, fundraiser, sporting or social event, or at one of our permanent spots in Knysna. We use beans roasted here in the western cape and are used in your bru 7-14 days from being roasted... no more. We have a propane conversion installed for the boiler of our Wega Pegaso 2 group machine, reducing our power

requirements from 20amps to 4.5amps, making us market friendly by being able to share rather than hog electricity and a much smaller and quieter generator can be used where needed.

Bru Coffee Co has been partnered at the farm for almost 8 years. We strive for that great cup of coffee, whether a latte, flat white or americano. At the farm we are currently using beans from the Bigisu region of Uganda, proudly roasted here in Knysna.

From where I sit ... morning sun ... a gentle breeze ... and oh my goodness, the coffee is good!
