Jersey Angus Ribeye ( Off Bone )

Beautifully marbled, deeply beefy and incredibly juicy. The Jersey Angus cross brings together the richness and natural intramuscular fat of Jersey cattle with the bold beef character of Angus. A ribeye built for the fire.

Marble Score 10+ Wagyu Rump

Extraordinary marbling with the deeper, meatier character of rump. Rich, buttery and intensely flavourful, with that unmistakable Wagyu tenderness.

Marble Score 10+ Wagyu Oyster Blade

The oyster blade comes from the shoulder, specifically the blade section of the chuck. It’s a hard-working part of the animal, but the oyster blade itself is remarkably tender and carries an incredibly rich, savoury beef flavour. Its fine marbling gives it plenty of juiciness, while the characteristic seam running through the cut adds an almost gelatinous richness when cooked.
