One and only KabelJoes value and quality.
At KabelJoes taste is king.

This is what you pay for.

• Our sushi rice is rinsed and boiled in mineral spring water, collected by Joe by hand in the Vanderstelpass,(uniquely for us),

• our roosterkoek is made at our fire pit lit just for that,

• our pizza dough rests for 20 hours before baked

• seafood pizza base sauces takes two hours and infused with real seafood stock before seafood toppings are placed .

• it takes on average 3 hours to prep and cook per menu item.

• our spices are individually sourced and roasted and a SriLankan sourced for over 20 years

• each of our coffees is couriered from Bru Coffee Gauteng.

• we use fresh hake from boats only for our hake and fillet ourself

• each recipe is Joes own and guaranteed never copied from no other restaurant and will never be.

• each batch of our sauces (the foundation of each meal) are made by the saucier only under supervision of Joe under camera from anywhere in the world.

• each batch of base sauces( foundation of our food) is tasted by the manager and Joe himself.
