I just want to give a shout out to for being my new go for the most extraordinary quality beef that is so so so delicious. It’s increasingly important to know where your meat is coming from, to know what kind of life the cows lived and to really know that they died in a humane and honourable way. To be a meat eater, these are important questions to ask. It’s also pretty darn cool that the farm is run by stunning Claire Evans. You can come and taste for yourself at Chez Fong in the coming banquets but you can also order boxes from Claire directly and she will ensure prompt delivery.
