Layered with slow-marinated pastrami, soaked for ages in Joe’s legendary Special Sauce - this toasted to perfection rye stacks tender, smoky goodness between every bite. Topped with crisp pickles and oozing with flavour. This pastrami on rye is pure, irresistible deli heaven!

Today, we share the heartbreaking news of the passing of our beloved owner and chef, Fat Joe.

Joe was more than a chef. He was a storyteller, a friend, and the heart behind every flame in the kitchen. Each steak, each laugh, each story told over a meal carried his warmth and his love for people. If you ever sat with Joe, you didn’t just eat, you became part of his story.

Fat Joe’s Steakhouse was never just a restaurant. It’s a Story House — walls lined with memories of generations before him, including his late father, whose spirit still lingers in every corner. This place was built on family, food, and the stories that connect us all.

Though Joe is no longer with us, his legacy will live on through every dish, every shared memory, and every story told within these walls. We’ll continue to honour him by keeping the fire burning - a place where family, friends and good food come together, just as Joe always wanted.

Come, sit, share a story, and celebrate the life of a man who made every meal a memory.🥩❤️
