🌸 Dear Customers

It is with sadness that I have to address this, especially just a day before an auspicious prayer day.

Recently, some customers have questioned our prices for sweetmeats and rhot and have pressured our staff for discounts.
Please understand that our sweetmeats are personally made by the owner using pure butter ghee and quality ingredients. They are extremely time-consuming to prepare and require many late nights and early mornings. We take great pride in the quality, freshness and authenticity of our products.

Our prices reflect the quality of the ingredients, the time and effort involved, and the love that goes into every item. We fully understand that everyone has a budget, but if our prices do not suit you, we respectfully ask that you support a store that better suits your budget. ❤️

What we cannot accept is bullying, harassment or disrespect towards our staff. Our staff deserve to be treated with kindness and respect. Anyone who continues to harass or disrespect our staff will be asked to leave the premises, and security will be called if necessary.
