Meet Pablo & Pistachio 🐾

Before there was The Test Bakery, there were two very important taste testers at home. 🤎

Pablo, the discerning connoisseur, has exceptionally high standards — only the finest ingredients will do. Pistachio, on the other hand, is our curious little explorer, always ready to investigate a new flavour (and rarely ready to stay home for long!).

Together, they’ve been part of our story from the very beginning — through the family, the food, the creativity and all the chaos that came before The Test Bakery became what it is today.

Because sometimes, the most important ingredients aren’t found in the kitchen. 🐾🤎
