WIth the ever changing dieting regimes in our modern day lives, it has become difficult to keep up. There is one constant though, fruits and vegetables provide our necessary vitamin and mineral requirements for our physical and mental needs. However, with our fast-pace lives, it is difficult to satisfy this need- especially with the obscene selection of convenience foods just a drive-thru away. Therefore Colour Me Healthy was born.
