Toast was an option. Then you saw this.

Our Bacon Eggs Benedict has entered the breakfast conversation - perfectly poached eggs, crispy bacon and hollandaise doing exactly what hollandaise was put on this earth to do.

Suddenly “I’ll just have something small” feels wildly unnecessary.
Some mornings are for grabbing something on the go.

This isn’t one of them.

Sit down.
Order the coffee.
Let the yolk run.

Forget whatever you were rushing to do for a minute.

There’s a reason this one has our name on it.

The BilliBi Pasta has been part of our story for a long time.

Prawns, crispy bacon, peas and our creamy BilliBi sauce. Nothing too complicated - but every ingredient has a job to do.

The prawns bring sweetness, the bacon brings that salty crunch, the peas cut through the richness, and then the sauce pulls the whole thing together.

For me, that’s what good cooking is about. You don’t need to keep adding things. You just need to get the things that are there right.

And judging by how many of you keep ordering it, I think we did. 😉

If you’ve never had the BilliBi Pasta, maybe it’s time.
