Some are made to be comforting.

And some are simply made to make you smile.

Cotton Candy is our little reminder that food doesnโ€™t always have to be serious. Sometimes it can be pink and blue, swirly and sweet, completely over the top โ€” just because it can.

Some flavours are created from inspiration. Others are created from love.

Toasted Coconut was inspired by the two men in my life and their love for anything coconut.

So, into the Whimsy Kitchen I went, experimenting with a flavour made especially with them in mind.

Warm, comforting and sprinkled with a little nostalgia.

The Classic.

Sometimes the simplest flavours are the ones you keep coming back to.

Our vanilla mallow is soft, fluffy and delicately vanilla โ€” the kind of mallow that doesnโ€™t need much fuss to be completely irresistible.

And while itโ€™s delicious all on its own, thereโ€™s something about a vanilla mallow toasted until golden, with that little crisp edge and soft, gooey centre.

This is where Whimsy Mallows started.

Back in 2013, I found myself experimenting in the Whimsy Kitchen, trying my hand at something I had never made before: homemade marshmallows.

Being the chocoholic that I am, of course Chocolate was the very first flavour to try.

Of course, more than a decade of making mallows means that recipe has had a LOT of perfecting. And today, our chocolate mallow is a firm favourite.

Soft, chocolatey and made for those little moments of indulgence.
