For the next two weeks we’ll be selling a Thai style peanut chicken curry (eggplant and baby marrow as vegan option).

Delivery on Mondays, Wednesday’s and Friday’s, please place order the day before.

R65.00 with white or brown rice
R70.00 with cauliflower rice (perfect Keto meal)

Each serving contains 485 calories with 37,5 g fat, 6 g carbs and 33 g protein excluding the rice of your choice.

Fresh in the fridge for three days and freezes very well for up to three months.

We are doing a delicious beef chilli con carne this week. This would make for an easy weeknight dinner, packed with protein and fibre. Awesome served with wholewheat wraps, rice or tortilla chips.

Get yours for R55.00 per serving. Discount available for orders larger than 5 servings. They freeze really well so it would be worth it to buy a few extra servings for those busy weeks.
