Europe 2026 🇩🇪🇩🇰🇫🇷

Our Founder and Head Roaster , Dario Scilipoti will be traveling to Europe for a series of popups in November! Connecting with all you legends across the pond, sharing a whole lot of tasty coffee, and chatting about our approach to running a quality obsessed roastery in 2026. He’ll be brewing from a few of the cafes we are so privileged to work with in Germany, Denmark and France.

NEW COFFEE: Los Pirineos Bourbon Elite 🩷🇸🇻

Los Pirineos is famous for its Bourbon trees, producing some of the best coffee of this variety year upon year. The farm is home to Bourbon trees planted nearly a century ago, standing the test of time to produce some of the most famous and delicious coffee to come out of South America. The coffee is harvested and sorted, ensuring only the best cherries are selected, they are then placed in sealed fermentation barrels for 72 hours and the temperature is carefully controlled to stay around 16C. After this, the barrels are opened and an aerobic fermentation commences for a further 72 hours. The coffee is then dried on raised beds, which Los Pirineos is famous for, as its drying facilities sit in a natural wind funnel, allowing rapid drying of the coffee, locking in those incredible processing characteristics. In this coffee we taste deep red fruit characteristics, black cherry and red grape sweetness compliment a citric characteristic reminiscent of sweet blood orange. The processing amplifies the sweetness of the Bourbon varietal produced by these trees, standing as a testament steeped in tradition to the work the team at Los Pirineos has put in for many generations.

Never have I ever seen a La Marzocco SA GB5 and a Barista Hustle AutoComb in the middle of a mountain range 🙋🏻‍♀️

We don’t usually do events. As you’ve all probably noticed, we’re pretty pedantic about equipment, water and workflow - all of which are challenged by serving coffee at events 😆
Buuuuut we just couldn’t say no to the opportunity to serve coffee in the beautiful Drakensberg for the runners of the MONT-AUX SOURCES ULTRA TRAIL earlier this month.

We hate compromise, so we just don’t 😅. We travelled with world-class equipment to the bottom of a mountain to serve some of the best specialty coffee in the country and had a blast doing it! 🚀
