Cold-pressed, minimally processed, and made with real care on Agtervlei Farm, an everyday ingredient that quietly changes everything.

Available in beautiful refillable glass bottles, filled fresh from the drum and designed to be brought back again and again.

Good olive oil should be used generously.

If you love coffee, you probably have - if not, she’s our barrista, serving hot, houseblend sunshine in a cup, daily.

After one visit, she’ll learn your name, and after two, she’ll probably know your order.

The combination of Andy and is one of our favourites, and we hope it’s yours, too 🫶🏼

Our focaccia sandwiches have quietly become a deli favourite -
freshly baked in-house every morning, filled generously, and built with the kind of ingredients that speak for themselves.

Prosciutto, pistachio mortadella, stracciatella, fire-roasted peppers, basil pesto, good mozzarella, the list goes on - and all layered into warm focaccia that’s best enjoyed slowly (or very quickly, we get it).

Bring a friend and order two.
Or ask your waiter which one they’d choose - everyone has a favourite x

Our seasonal soups are the kind you’ll want on a cold Cape Town afternoon, or a crisp evening.

Thoughtfully made with only the best local ingredients, our soups are packed with flavour, and served with our house-made focaccia (because we know it wouldn’t be complete without it)

Carrot, Ginger & Coconut, or Leek, Whitebean and Parmesan.

To every local, every regular, every new face that’s walked through our doors - thank you for making The Deli Social what it is.

To the people who stop in for coffee every morning,
share long lunches with friends,
bring their dogs along,
celebrate around our tables,
and continue to support this little space we call home… we’re really grateful.

And to our team - the people behind the coffee machine, in the kitchen, on the floor, and quietly keeping it all moving every day - none of this exists without you.

The deli has always been about people first.
