A lot of you have been asking what makes our chocolate brownies so ridiculously good…
So, we have decided to share the recipe with you

P.S. Might one to share/save this post before it gets deleted

- 3 eggs
- 250g butter
- 2 cups high quality chocolate
- 1 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 cups love
- 2 tbsp questionable life choices
- 1/2 cup pretending everything is under control
- 1 generous pinch of main character energy
- 3 tbsp inappropriate kitchen humour
- 1 dash of “screw it, add more chocolate”
- a pinch of emotional instability
- 1 tbsp magic
- a suspicious amount of taste-testing

Method:

Mix all ingredients together
Feel free to add more chocolate
Taste the mixture approximately 47 times
Bake until the edges say “I’m done” but the middle says “I have unresolved issues”
Cool slightly
Cut into squares
Hide one for yourself

And there you have it!
Our homemade Harvest House Brownies

Results may vary depending on how much batter mysteriously disappears before baking.

The wait is nearly over…

For almost a year, we have been quietly working on something incredibly close to our hearts.

Many of you have noticed the changes, asked the questions, peeked inside, and shared out excitement with us…and we can finally say it:

Harvest House is growing.

Very soon, we’ll be opening our doors to Harvest House Wine Bar - an extension of The Harvest House experience you have come to know and love.

We’re in the final stages, putting the finishing touches in place and making sure every detail is just right before we welcome you through the doors.

We honestly cannot wait to share this beautiful space with all of you. It’s been a labour of love, and seeing the excitement from our community has made every late night and every challenge worthwhile.

Over the next few days, we will be giving you a look behind the scenes, the journey it took to get us here and some sneak peaks of what to expect as we count down to our opening day.
