Ohhhh the smell in our kitchen today... 😍

I just baked a fresh batch of *Almond Croissant Muffins!*

Imagine this... buttery dough baked into a golden muffin, filled with that sweet, nutty almond paste, topped with toasted almonds and a dusting of icing sugar.

The kitchen smells like warm butter, sweet almonds, vanilla and freshly baked love. You can smell it all the way in the garden!

Crispy outside, soft and gooey inside with that real almond filling. Best while still warm with a coffee.

Only a small batch today - when they are gone, they are gone! 🥐✨

*Our famous Soesjes!* ✨

Imagine this... a light, airy choux pastry puff, baked till golden and crisp.

And inside? A generous heart of silky, homemade vanilla custard - not from a packet, but our own banketbakkersroom, slow-cooked with real vanilla, creamy and not too sweet.

One bite and you get that soft crunch, then that cool, velvety custard melting in your mouth...
