Join local Sommelier and Perfumist Sasha van Zyl to discover more about our elusive sense of smell. The event starts with an introductory session about smell with a sensory table as reference. This is followed by a sit-down wine tasting to explore the alchemy of wine using the sensory table as a guide.
After lunch Sasha will guide you through a hands-on workshop to create your own perfume.
