Greek Lemon soup or as we would call it Avgolemono👌 🍋 👌

A traditional Greek chicken, lemon, and rice soup that gets its rich, velvety texture from a mixture of whisked eggs and fresh lemon juice.

We will be serving our Avgolemono on Sunday for lunch.
