Team BisoN entered again this year with the field of competitors growing to 18. Some of the top Braai & Open Flame team in the country and African teams them some international flavour was added from as far as Austrailia!
The level of competition was amazing from day 1 and there was no clear leaders. The judges had a touhg time nit picking at the smallest of errors.
After 4 firery rounds of competition braaing & smoking the judges scores came in.
BisoN took Silver in pork division & Gold in Venison(Game) and ended with a 5th place overall!
We feel very honoured to have been called for 2 of the 4 categories.
We learned a lot and experienced some amazing cooking! It was a Fantastic event with saturday over 7000 people passing thru the Gates!

Congrstulations to all the winners and we wish Genade Winkel all the best when they will represent South Africa at the WBC in Las Vegas in 2027!
