A way of life where there is respect for the food we eat, the environment it comes from, the hands that produced it, and respect for ourselves by choosing to nourish our own bodies with real nutrient dense food. Constantly on the search for healthy and clean alternatives to everything we eat (especially delicious treats!), BARE came alive and grew organically into a way of life we want to share wi

The Role:�
We’re looking for a hands-on Kitchen Lead to manage and guide the daily operations of our deli kitchen. This role is not a traditional chef position — it’s about leadership, systems, consistency, and calm ex*****on.
You’ll lead a small kitchen team, oversee prep and service, and help keep the kitchen running smoothly and sustainably behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead day-to-day kitchen operations and staff
* Oversee prep, service, food quality, and timing
* Use produce from our kitchen garden and minimize waste
* Manage stock, ordering, expiries, and basic kitchen admin
* Maintain hygiene standards, food safety, and cleanliness
* Support seasonal, simple menu ex*****on
* Create a calm, organised, and focused kitchen environment

About You
* 2+ years experience in a café, deli, or similar kitchen environment
* Confident leading a small team and following systems
* Comfortable working with wholefoods and seasonal ingredients
* Organised, reliable, and proactive
* Able to think on your feet during busy service periods
* Aligned with a conscious, health-focused food philosophy
