A huge congratulations to Dora on her well-deserved promotion to Kitchen Supervisor!

Dora joined our Tin Roof family in April 2023, when we opened our very first restaurant, The Tin Roof Eatery at Hartmark. Since then, she has shown unwavering dedication, loyalty and commitment to our team.

In 2026, Dora moved across to The Tin Roof Mediterranean, where she has continued to grow and has now been promoted to supervise our Mediterranean kitchen.

We are incredibly proud of you, Dora.

Thank you for being such an important part of our journey from the very beginning. We cannot wait to watch you thrive in your new role!
