📍 JOB OPPORTUNITY: EXPERIENCED FISH CUTTER / FILLETER – HELDERBERG AREA 📍

We are looking for a skilled, fast, and reliable Fish Cutter to join our Fish & Chips takeaway team in the Helderberg basin! 🐟🍟

Key Responsibilities:
🔪 Filleting and portioning fresh fish (Snoek, Hake, etc.)
🧼 Cleaning and maintaining a hygienic work area
📦 Issuing and managing stock
⚖️ Accurate portioning of products
🍳 Assisting with basic cooking (advantageous)

Key Requirements:
✅ Proven experience in fish cutting and filleting
✅ Good understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
✅ Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
✅ Must reside in the Helderberg area (Somerset West / Strand / Gordon’s Bay)

No GPS, no shoes.. Just pure instinct 🐟 when an Elephant Seal leaves the water and lands up right next to , you know the fish is fresh!

All jokes aside, we hope they find a way to get her back to sea safely.
