Is the temperature right for your flooring application?
A warm room doesn’t always mean a warm substrate.
Concrete can remain significantly cooler than the surrounding air, especially during colder mornings or in unheated spaces. If the substrate temperature is too low, the flooring system may not flow, level or cure as expected.
Before application, check both ambient and substrate temperatures and always work within the conditions specified for the product.

Before the large-format tiles could be installed, the cracked staircase landing needed the right repair solution. That's where Technical Finishes came in.

Using our Techfin Structural Repair Mortar system, the damaged substrate was repaired to provide a strong, stable foundation for the new tile installation.

This project highlights the importance of getting the preparation right - because lasting results start beneath the surface.
