What my workshops focus on:
**What if your mind doesn’t always need another answer?
What if it needs a new experience?**
When we spend our days checking, reacting, worrying and trying to solve everything, it’s easy to get caught in the same thought patterns.
Sometimes the first step isn’t to think harder.
It’s to change what you’re giving your attention to.
Pick up a paintbrush.
Play with colour.
Try something you’ve never tried before.
Make a mess.
Be curious.
Create without needing to be good at it.
For a little while, your attention moves from repeating to exploring.
And perhaps that is one of the beautiful things about creativity:
**It gives us permission to become beginners again.**
This is at the heart of **The Art of Attention** — slowing down, creating, reconnecting and making space for something new.
I believe creativity can be a beautiful way to pause, reconnect with ourselves and explore what is happening within us.
**You don’t have to be good at it.
You just have to begin.**
