we joy ...and sadness I would like to let all of my friends and family know that LA LOCANDA has been sold. Has from the 1st of July new owner will take over, surely doing a grate job has we did in the past 8 years ! we love you all!! I would like to thank every single one of you for the support of all these amazing years smile emoticon it has been a fun ride but is now time for a new adventure , we are going to expand our cured meats factory to industrial levels with all lot of new product . like our page on facebook MASTRO DARIO and check this space for news on the new upcoming premises. so if you like chef Dario to spoil you one last time come and visit us , we here till 30 June .

Speialita` di Pasqua...
Starters:
-Gorgonzola cheese, nuts , cream cheese and chives Cornel, wrapped in smoked salmon.

-FRESH mussel served in a white wine vinaigrette.

-Pan fried chicken livers in a creamy balsamic reduction with raisins and pine nuts.

Main course:
-Braised lamb shanks served with a creamy roasted garlic mash and seasonal vegetables.

-Slow cooked oxtail the "vaccinara" way served with polenta and seasonal vegetables.

-Cob fillet wrapped in bacon in "porchetta" served with potato wedges and garden salad .

-Cob fillet in crispy crust and orange gel, served with beurreblanc sauce, creamy mash and garden salad.

-Fresh mussel pot with cherry tomatoes ,garlic and black pepper.

- Fresh tagliatelle tossed in a creamy sauce with homemade black pepper cheese.
