Start with roasted potato and leek soup served with toasted ciabatta. Then settle in for hearty beef stew with savoury rice and stir-fried vegetables. Finish with Cape brandy pudding and vanilla & cinnamon ice cream.

This morning, our team, together with our apprentice chefs from the François Ferreira Academy, put the finishing touches on a scrumptious Father’s Day Lunch.

Our apprentice chefs also wanted to share a special message with all the dads out there:

“Happy Father’s Day to all the incredible fathers and father figures. Thank you for your love, guidance, support, and the countless sacrifices you make for your families every day.”

A heartfelt thank you to every family who chose to spend this special day with us. It was a pleasure celebrating with you and creating memorable moments together.
