OCEAN MENU // DROP 01

We’re kicking off our first-ever ocean menu, and we’re keeping it exclusive. Only 10 portions of each dish will be prepared. Once they’re gone, they’re gone. Think of it as a limited-edition vinyl drop, but for your taste buds. Here is the lineup:

Phyllo Prawns: Succulent prawns wrapped in flaky, crispy phyllo, perched on a bed of creamy avocado risotto. Finished with a fresh tomato and cucumber salsa for a bright kick.

Crispy Calamari: Fried calamari head and tentacles (the best bits) served with a raw veg salad, all tossed in a zesty lemon dressing.

Delicate prawn dumplings : Fried to perfection, topped with pickled ginger, a splash of soya, and toasted sesame seeds.

Smoked Trout Spring Rolls: Crispy rolls packed with smoked trout, served with a tangy Asian dressing for dipping.

Tom Yum Mussels: Plump mussels simmered in a fragrant, spicy Tom Yum broth. Served with fresh bread and butter to soak up every last drop.

Lemon & Garlic Mussels: A classic done right. Fresh mussels in a lemon and garlic broth, paired with crispy, toasted bread.

Trout Fish Cakes: Golden, crispy fish cakes served with a dollop of creamy Kewpie mayo and a fresh side salad.

Garlic Grilled Prawns: Chargrilled prawns basted in lemon and garlic, served with savory rice and fresh lemon wedges.

The Classic Fish & Chips: Beer-battered white fish, perfectly crispy. Served with crunchy green salad, chunky chips, and house tartar sauce.

Grilled Trout: A whole grilled trout fillet served with creamy mash, seasonal steamed veg, and a rich lemon garlic sauce.

The Game: Simple. Get here early. With only 10 of each dish up for grabs, it’s a race to try the most unique items. First come, first served.
